Since our founding in 1969, Sanyo Kakoshi Co., Ltd. has focused on lamination processing technology as its core expertise.
We provide high-quality products across a wide range of fields, including building materials, packaging materials, and industrial materials.
Our product lineup meets diverse needs, featuring release paper, insulation materials, and barrier packaging materials.
In particular, our release paper—produced in a relatively low-competition market—has earned high recognition from customers both in Japan and overseas.
One of our core technologies is extrusion lamination, which supports a wide range of materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and specialty resins.
In particular, our lamination processing using additive-free homopolymer polypropylene resin is a rare technology in the industry and represents a key element of our company’s uniqueness.
Our high level of technology and stable quality are supported by an integrated in-house production system across two locations: the Saitama head office plant and the Yamagata plant.
By internalizing all processes—including wet lamination, slitting, sealing, and embossing—we ensure consistent quality and operational efficiency.
In addition, the Yamagata plant is equipped with environmentally friendly wet lamination equipment designed to reduce environmental impact and conserve resources, reflecting our commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
In 2019, our company became a subsidiary of Nippon Matai Co., Ltd. and joined the Rengo Group.
This partnership enables us to leverage the group’s procurement capabilities, technological development resources, and extensive sales network, allowing us to provide faster and more precise solutions to increasingly diverse market challenges.
